All 654bd accounts operate exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks. There are no currency conversion fees. Minimum deposit for mobile wallets is ৳500; for bank transfers it is ৳1,000.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each offer are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture.
Account Security

Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register an account and participate in any real-money activity on 654bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 654bd does not permit persons under the age of 18 to access or use the platform under any circumstances.

Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

Section 3
Account Registration and Responsibilities
To access real-money features on 654bd, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is truthful, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
One Account Rule
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 654bd. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 654bd employs technical and manual procedures to detect multiple accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, 654bd reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.
Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including using a strong and unique password and logging out of the platform when using shared or public devices.
654bd will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel. If you receive any communication purportedly from 654bd requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a suspected security breach to the 654bd support team.
Account Verification (KYC)
654bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit identification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including before your first withdrawal, when withdrawing amounts above specified thresholds, or when the platform detects activity that warrants additional verification. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 654bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 654bd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of any specific payment method may be subject to change; the current list of available methods is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): ৳500
- Minimum deposit for bank transfer methods: ৳1,000
- Deposits are credited to your 654bd account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the respective payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits are typically confirmed within seconds.
- 654bd does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 654bd's control.
- Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
- Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
- Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours of approval during standard banking hours in Bangladesh (BST, UTC+6).
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3. 654bd reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending completion of the KYC process.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from active bonus balances may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
All transactions on 654bd are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 654bd does not store card or bank account credentials on its servers. Transaction records are maintained securely and are available for review in your account history at any time.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
654bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. These include but are not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount combined with the bonus amount) by the stated multiplier before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotion period will be forfeited automatically.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute at 100%, while live casino games and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- 654bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to modify or cancel promotions with reasonable notice where circumstances require.
Bonus Abuse
654bd operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, using automated betting tools or scripts, and coordinating with other members to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently closed without notice.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
By using the 654bd platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where the conduct is potentially criminal — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Identity fraud: Registering an account using false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent.
- Multiple accounts: Creating or maintaining more than one account on 654bd at any time.
- Money laundering: Using the 654bd platform for any purpose related to the laundering of funds obtained through illegal activity. 654bd maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any way that gives an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or conduct transactions without genuine human input.
- Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 654bd platform, exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain, or interfering with the platform's security or technical infrastructure in any way.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed on 654bd. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content published on the 654bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, software, and any other material — is the property of 654bd or its content licensors (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 654bd platform for its intended personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

Limitation of Liability
654bd operates the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 654bd takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and technical reliability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or defects at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 654bd and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other economic loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from any cause, including but not limited to technical failures, server outages, network interruptions, or cyber-attacks.
- Any losses arising from bets placed during a period of technical malfunction or where odds were displayed incorrectly due to a system error. In such cases, 654bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant stakes to player accounts.
- Any delay in processing withdrawals arising from circumstances outside 654bd's reasonable control, including payment provider outages, banking system downtime, or regulatory requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 654bd's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Gambling involves financial risk. You may win or lose. 654bd accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make on the platform and for ensuring that your gambling activity remains within your personal financial means.
Section 9
Account Closure and Termination
You may request the closure of your 654bd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 654bd will process the request and confirm the closure in writing. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable wagering requirements and KYC requirements have been satisfied.
Voluntary Self-Exclusion
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic — you may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion prevents you from logging in or accessing the platform for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by the support team. Termination by 654bd
654bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Discovery of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
- Any activity that 654bd reasonably believes constitutes a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform.
Where an account is closed by 654bd for cause (such as fraud or Terms violation), any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed by 654bd for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder.
Section 10
Amendments and Governing Law
654bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect your rights with respect to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or account closure — 654bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of the changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed in the hero section at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 654bd with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
